Transitional Age Youth (TAY)
First Episode Psychosis (FEP)
Better Morning aims to improve the long-term prognosis for youth and young adults coping with psychosis through its First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Treatment Program.
This program is specifically designed to treat individuals who have experienced their first episode of psychosis and is available to persons between the ages of 16–25 at the time of assessment.
Integrated Care Coordination (ICC)
Integrated Care Coordination (ICC) is a service provided by Better Morning dedicated to assisting youth and families with the highest levels of mental health needs so they can live successfully in their homes and communities and realize their dreams.
There is no additional cost for ICC/Wraparound services. ICC/Wraparound is not a treatment provider, crisis response service, or funding source. Instead, it is a structured, evidence-based care coordination model focused on quality support.
The overall goal of ICC is to ensure families experience success in their homes, communities, and schools. This intensive and collaborative team-based approach makes ICC service delivery unique.
